- Position Title**:Regional Finance & HR Specialist/ Senior Finance & HR Executive**:

- Working Location: Pandan Crescent
- Working Hours: 5 days (M-F, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role

**Key Responsibilities**

**Finance**
- Assist in the rollout of ERP system (D365), supporting the Regional rollout SME (Finance).
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax agents, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and legislation.
- Maintain and align financial policies and procedures.
- Track financial performance and identify potential areas for improvement.
- Improve internal controls and processes.

**Training (Regional)**
- Act as the main contact for the Global Training Manager, managing all training matters at the site.
- Conduct training needs analysis and deliver training as per plan.
- Identify and implement localization requirements for training materials.
- Manage end-to-end training delivery, including scheduling, communication, tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Core Training Lead and assist with role-mapping activities.
- Administer logistics, manage attendance records, and perform other training coordination tasks as needed.

- Degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Economics, Business Management or ACCA/CPA. Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience preferred.
- At least 2 years of management and 3 years of multinational company experience.
- Proficiency in financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, computer literacy, and numerical skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a challenging environment.
