The User Growth team plays a core role in the acquisition, activation, and retention of billions of users through our globally popular products such as TikTok, Resso, CapCut, Helo, etc. We are building platforms, leveraging data & ML models, and providing end-to-end solutions to power the global growth of ByteDance products. Typical growth projects include paid ads, referrals, notifications, etc.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the growth of ByteDance's global products; Build supplier ecology, algorithm capabilities, and strategies to establish a new model of marketing growth;
- Establish the collaboration structure of humans and tools & algorithms to change the format of the marketing industry and significantly improve the production efficiency of marketing content;
- Design the creatives tool matrix to empower different roles in the ecosystem;
- Find breakthroughs and further leverage tool capacities in various new growth channels.
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of work experience, 2+ years of strategy product manager experience.

- Have good algorithm sense; familiar with common models, such as LR model, random forest, decision tree; have proven successful collaboration with algorithm teams;
- Experience in generating successful user growth; familiar with various growth methods;
- Good understanding of users; can think from user's perspectives;
- Radical, no boundaries, result-oriented, self-driven; good at driving all partners to achieve results together;
- 2+ years of entrepreneurial experience preferred.
