**Main Purpose of Job**:
To provide ongoing support to members of The Heritage Partnership in all aspects of client and advisory portfolio management. To ensure that client reporting is accurate and review packs are produced in a timely fashion. Performance comparisons produced to support client meetings and CYC calculations provided with the necessary supporting documents. Required to attend client meetings when required to support the Partner.

**Key Responsibilities of the Job**:

- Processing of 3rd-Party Switch & Dealing instructions and ensure the suitability & risk compliance of fund switches & clients' portfolio holdings.
- Acknowledgement of tasks and time frames for completion.
- Regular updates on tasks if they cannot be completed on time.
- Client advisory to support Partner discussions.
- Offers support and training to newer members of the team.
- Portfolio rebalancing in accordance to Model Portfolios.
- Portfolio/fund charting, research & analysis.
- Ability to devise ways to save time/enhance current processes.
- Requirement to be based in the office on rotation days.
- Communicate updates regarding Model Portfolios & corporate actions.
- Provide on-the-ground assistance to Partners on investment-related matters.
- Provide investment expertise & knowledge to support day-to-day operational needs of Support teams; and ensure internal compliance regulations complied with by flagging irregularities & potential risks.

**Requirements of the Job**:
**Job Knowledge**:

- Basic financial & investment knowledge preferred
- Holds or working towards all CMFAS qualifications required to execute the role to a regulatory standard
- 3 years+ of industry working experience
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field disciplines preferred
- Knowledge in prevailing market conditions & general economic outlook
- Interpersonal skills to support Partner/client discussions
- Proactivity & proficiency in communicating investment terminologies & approach to stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task and work with specific timeframes

**Interpersonal Skills**:
Proficiency in communicating clearly & effectively with various stakeholders (internal & external) on a daily basis; keeping in mind the complexities of certain information and the influence the exchange will have on the receiving party. Thus, managing & maintaining interpersonal relations with various stakeholders is paramount in the effective communication of both process knowledge & investment expertise. Developing the confidence in these communications will be highly beneficial.
