**Manager/Competency Lead**

**SUMMARY**:

- Our client is one of the largest cybersecurity service provider in Asia, headquartered in Singapore, is looking for an experienced Manager/Competency Lead to lead one of security competencies.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead a team of engineers to develop or implement and deploy new security tools/technology into the environment
- Evaluate, recommend and drive the use of new technologies and processes
- Responsible for creating and executing technology strategy roadmaps
- Involved in the decision making across the leadership board

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, of Information Technology or equivalent, with minimum 8-10 years' experience in Information and Cyber Security
- Demonstrated leadership and adaptability, with willingness to take ownership of highly challenging tasks and problems readily and voluntarily, even beyond initial scope of responsibility.
- Proven experience in building and leading a cyber security team
- Develops successful and sustainable long term Security business relationships with clients.
- Oversee security customer experience, business opportunities, relationships, and delivery.
- Identify & develop new security opportunities to expand the business scope of existing contracts.
- Experience in successfully architecting and designing security strategies and practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus despite conflicting demands.
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present ideas and results to all levels of staff
