Under the regional Marketing team, based in Singapore, you will be reporting to the Senior Consumer Marketing Manager and working closely with HQ CRM teams (based in Paris) and the local teams, to implement efficient CRM action plans. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative digital projects. This is the perfect role for you to mark your stamp in the fastest growing Asia Pacific business

You will be playing a key role in spearheading CRM projects to enhance the customer experience. You will be responsible for CRM topics, in line with the company’s strategy and brand image. You will also have opportunities to champion digital projects. You will deliver reporting and communication to the HQ teams, while ensuring regular contact with local teams.

Singapore local market is recruiting a Public Relation intern to be responsible for the implementation of PR, Paid/ Organic Media and KOL, related marketing activities in Singapore.

**MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**SEEDING & PRESS RELEASE**
- Work hand in hand with PR Manager on the seeding strategy to influencers and medias to increase Guerlain’s awareness on all launches. Executing all seeding deliverables for new launches, campaigns/ festivals for Local Market.
- Ensure all seeding quantities and inventories are available in a timely manner.
- Adapt and disseminate Press Releases to localized version with price in SGD and check availability on new launches for all boutiques and stores. Assemble press kit for all new localized information to disseminate to media lists.
- 1-to-1 Media pitch targeted stories and send gifts to build robust relationship with key media/ KOL contacts.

**EVENT MANAGEMENT**
- Source, plan and liaise with third party suppliers (i.e. floral, F&B, activity vendors) for the execution of PR events.
- Manage the preparation of logistic arrangement for PR events including set-up, gifts arrangement with AOG (Art of Gifting), RSVP list and follow-up post-event contacts.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, executing events i.e. key launches/ trade/ in-store events for Media/ KOL or involving media front (e-symposium).
- Organize media / KOL interviews with internal spokespersons in HQ

**ADMIN SUPPORT AND MONTHLY REPORTS**
- Monitor media coverages for every activation/ launches/ campaigns/ events.
- Submit monthly PR clippings and weekly newsletter to regional PR team.
- Monthly internal report to measure effectiveness of media/ KOL engaged, organic coverage, gift tracking.
- Competitor analysis: Always be at the top of the game Check out which media/ KOL that are relevant with high influencing power engaged by competitor brand and work hand-in-hand with CRM and Trade interns for monthly competitor report.
- Admin support: Ensure smooth delivery for seeding, arrange meetings with key KOL and Media, support internal marketing team with proper documentation for any inventory orders/ gift tracking, events flow and rundown, extra support in events when needed.
