Finance Support Assistant

Key Responsibilities
1. Update the vendor list for all entries.
2. Update the vendor master list in Navision.
3. Assist in data entry to catch up during downtime.
4. Support the payment process.
5. Update management reports in Excel for dormant entries.
6. Assist in data verification.
7. Filing of financial documents.
8. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Department.
**Qualifications**:
- Essential: Basic accounting knowledge.
- Book-keeping/LCCI/Diploma in Accounting.
- Software: Navision
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive wages.
