Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions and maintain accounting records
- Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Perform financial analysis and assist in identifying areas for cost reduction and process improvement
- Maintain a strong understanding of local accounting standards and regulations and ensure compliance
- Provide ad-hoc support to the finance team as required

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and local accounting standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and XERO accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**

**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
