Position Summary:
This role manages a People Help & Answers (PH&A) team that serve as the first point of contact for employees requesting HR support across the globe. As a tech-savvy member of the HR organization, you’ll use a variety of best-in-class software platforms to execute Service Delivery. Support requests can span a broad range of topics, including HR programs, policy interpretation and HRIS data management, troubleshooting and basic configuration.

Position Responsibilities:

- Oversee case management service delivery globally while providing accurate, efficient and consistent support within SLAs.
- Champions the Employee Experience by providing high quality HR service support and embedding HR Service delivery model in the employee life cycle.
- Utilise technology to improve service delivery and overall customer service ensuring feedback / customer satisfaction is measured and monitored.
- Ensure team is effectively resourced for optimal performance, continuous service delivery and devise strategies to make improvements to service delivery.
- Responsible for the development of HR Service Delivery metrics, data management, analysis and reporting.
- Designs and implement policies and procedures for PH&A team.
- Ensures that project/department milestones goals are met and adhering to approved budget
- Serves as an in-house project consultant, guiding the planning and execution of project(s) from initiation through delivery.
- Coordinates utilization of various HR systems to support Illumina’s long-term Human Resources strategic roadmap, including system configuration and optimization.
- Provide system administration support and basic configuration tasks
- Any other ad hoc projects and duties assigned from time to time.
