**Overview of job**
GroupM is the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for a Data Management Intern to join us.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Database clean up on INCA planning platform
- Updating of content partners’ data and data management on the INCA platform and shared drive.
- Prepare INCA partner spends reports
- Researching and contacting new digital content partners for partnership opportunities.
- Report and follow up on issues raised of the INCA platform with the INCA teach team
- GroupM vendor account and finance system code creation.
- Work with INCA marketing team to organize marketing activities
- Other ad hoc administrative duties required to support INCA supply lead.

**Required skills & traits**:

- Keen learner with positive attitude
- Responsible and able to work independently on assigned tasks
- Takes initiative
- Has keen interest and is an avid user of social media/digital content platforms e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Youtube, Telegram, digital websites, Podcast
- Meticulous - ensuring accurate data is transferred and reflected on documents before sending out or signing off.
- Good project management skills to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office

**Additional Skills**:

- Studies in Business/ Marketing/Mass Communications/ preferred.
- Good English writing skills. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
