As a regional provider for integrated healthcare servcies in Singapore, Malaysia and China, the Group incorporates a chain of medicare centres and nursing homes, hospital services, a careskill training centre, a chain of senior services centres, home care services, ambulance services, physiotherapy services and traditional Chinese medicine services. The Group also provides consultancy for the development and management of retirement living communities.

Leads to Conversion
- Provide remarkable customer experience through building rapport and understanding each customer’s specific care requirements.
- Using a suitable tone of voice, follow-up on sales opportunities by providing personalised care advisory and convince them to purchase our service types
- Track all leads, prospects and customers via CRM internal systems in a neat and disciplined format to ensure data integrity
- Efficient use of language, ability to articulate ECON proposition to prospective customers from all backgrounds
- Close sales and achieve sales quotas
- Maintain and update the customer database ensuring accuracy and relevancy.
- Communicate customers' needs and ensure handover successful cases to support team
- Weekly reporting to reporting manager on call data and performance

Upselling Opportunities
- Understand the care landscape of each customers’ unique requirements to strategically upsell our service types to enhance the care solutions

Playbook Development
- Build, develop and refine the sales and customer service playbook
- Build materials and share insights on how to actively achieve leads to conversion successfully
- Enhance call script for advisors when new materials or sources are added

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service and inside sales preferred
- Experience in hospitality or healthcare-related role is a plus
- An active listener with a pleasant nature and an ability in critical thinking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure
- Ability to work resourcefully, independently and with urgency
- Strong team player who is able to collaborate and co-create with other teams
- Possess solid negotiation skills, related to both selling and service retention
- Highly communicative, energetic, and a natural people-person
- Highly organised and attentive to details
- Proficient and comfortable adopting technology and software tools (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, CRM etc.)
- Must be able to keep up with the constant change in the growing healthcare industry
