**About the Role**:
Our client is a leading healthcare service provider seeking for a dynamic Emergency Planning Manager to lead a team of representatives to provide a safe workplace and environment through regular monitoring and surveillance inspections / audits, identifying and managing hazards and risks with implemented control measures.
**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will lead the efforts to to continually improve safety and emergency preparedness of the Company. You will help strategize, develop, and execute Crisis communication and Business Continuity Management initiatives.
You will align planning efforts with prevailing frameworks and guidelines set forth by the Ministry, ensuring full compliance and adherence to best practices.
By analyzing potential risks and vulnerabilities within the healthcare system, you will help craft comprehensive mitigation plans to address diverse crisis scenarios. You will also foster cross-departmental relationships to enhance emergency preparedness and response coordination throughout the entire institution.
In addition, you will facilitate training sessions and drills to educate staff on emergency protocols, bolstering a culture of proactive readiness while ensuring the safety of all staff, patients and visitors in the case of any emergency.
**Requirements**:
Ideally, you are a Degree holder with mínimally 5 to 8 years of working experience in Enterprise Risk Management/ Emergency planning/Crisis management and/or Business Continuity Management.
Management experience in a large organisation setting is highly preferred.
You have strong administrative, organizational and planning capabilities with good communication and excellent leadership skills.
You also have strong commitment to patient care and development of multi-functional team.
High level of interpersonal skills including communication, negotiation and conflict resolution.
Good command of English and a local language preferred. Computer literate with knowledge of MS-Office for words and excel.
