**What You'll Do**
You will be developing Cisco's ability to identify, quantify, qualify and maximize Cisco's opportunity addressing customer Collaboration needs. You will be the India and ASEAN go-to leader on Collaboration technologies and solutions, engaging internal resources and partners including Sales, Marketing, CX, external Cisco Partners and Cisco business units.
**Specific Responsibilities include the following**:
- You are leading a team of Sales Specialists across the India and ASEAN Theatres to support pipeline development and deal execution across Cisco Collaboration Solutions Product Portfolio
- Work closely with India, ASEAN and APJC leadership to assess business performance and provide guidance on acceleration strategies (and get-well plans, where necessary)
- Working closely with cross-functional teams (SEs, Partner, Volume, Commercial and Enterprise Segments, DTO, etc.) to execute the go-to-market strategy
- Provide technology leadership to the field on the Collaboration portfolio, including cross-Architecture opportunities to differentiate Cisco
- Engage in select, strategic deals that require the depth and technology leadership
- Develop and communicate a clear view of the competitive landscape and provide guidance to sales teams on how best to differentiate
- Engage closely with the Engineering teams to define current and future needs that will enable Cisco to win in the market

You will work with Executive Leadership, Regional, Theater and Country Sales Leaders to shape/drive top priorities and core initiatives focused on long-range growth and profitability.
You will also work closely with key business partners, segment leaders across all functions - Sales, Marketing, Finance, the Business Unit (BU) as well lead a team of high performing PSS/SE's & Architects
**Who You Are**
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Understand, articulate and position both internally and externally Cisco's end-to-end Collaboration Architecture and Services incorporating Software and services
- Be able to articulate Cisco’s cross-architecture Hybrid Work solutions
- Have at least 15+ years of sales experience with cloud, software and services
- Have experience working in both the India and ASEAN theatres as a minimum
- Be a results driven sales leader with proven track record of building a high performance sales team and extracting optimum results from this team. Experience in managing sales teams across both India and ASEAN is essential.
- Understand the regulatory complexities of the different markets across India and ASEAN that are applicable to Cisco’s Collaboration solutions
- Develop Go-to-Market strategies to grow collaboration across large accounts, SMB and Partners, using various channels, marketing and field sales force teams
- Deliver business value to select opportunities for the account, partner, eco-system and Cisco account team. Grow, track and convert pipeline. Establish beach-head reference customers.
- Directly engage on selected key accounts and opportunities where required, whilst allowing the local account team to maintain overall ownership. Influence parties where needed to remove obstacles and secure profitable business for Cisco.
- Incubate and cultivate senior level relationships with key customers, partners and eco-system vendors to executive level across the region.
- Demonstrate effective skills to influence and negotiate with peers, partners and customers using a Win/Win philosophy. Influence via press, media and industry events where required.
- Establish a strong team collaborative market development and selling approach. Lead, influence and mentor sales teams to increase their effectiveness in selling Collaboration solutions. Take a lead role with senior management, peers, partners, company and customers in progressing Cisco's success in collaboration solutions.
