**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for an aspiring People & Culture, Director with solid experience being a HR generalist as well as in recruitment and onboarding. This role will report to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Founded in 2017, Speedoc was created with a mission to bring hospital-level care to the home. We provide a one-stop medical care solution for patients who require GP or A&E visits for themselves or loved ones from the comfort of their home.

**Who are you?**

You have a good 5-10 years of experience as an in-house HR manager, and have honed your skills in different HR roles including appraisals, incentives, recruiting for different job roles, especially in the area of clinical, technology and operations. You have also gained some experience in onboarding new hires to ensure that they are successful in their roles. You are looking to further develop your HR career and keen to take on a career pathway to become a senior business partner of a growing health-tech company across the region, with current operations in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. You do not shy away from engaging with employees at all levels, including C-level leaders, and have a keen interest in creating a positive work culture in a fast growing start-up, based on what you have learned and experienced in your current and previous workplaces. A fast learner, you demonstrate strong agility in managing both hands-on administrative work while working with the our management team and other leaders in creating a better workplace for our people.
