**Purpose of the position
To supervise the In-House FE Officers and handle a portfolio of Current accounts i.e. High Balances, High Risk this include adhoc projects i.e. RAS, DCP & SFRP etc.

**Responsibilities & Duties
- Able to handle all the high spending, high risk, adverse information accounts. Review and action on those accounts swiftly and tactfully.
- Handle customers' complaints on payment, service issues and retrieve review the CBS report Review FE month to end taken and ensure all accounts are work on as per guidelines and policy s to determine what will be the next course of action to be taken
- Raise Journal Entries for waiver requests
- Review and sign off on Letters to the Cardholders

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Diploma level and above
- At least 1 year’s relevant working experience, preferably in the Credit Card Industry
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Able to handle complaint/dispute cases, to have good communication and negotiation skills
- Able to supervise a Team, able to work independently and complete work on a timely basis
- Able to work overtime as and when required
