Our client is one of the largest service provider of secured Data Handling in SiuthEast Asia and is looking to hire an experience Head of Information Technology to join their growing team based in Singapore

Roles and Responsibilities include:

- Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies
- Proactively identifying technology risk and develop mitigation strategies
- Partner and work with internal stakeholders to review, identify, streamline and implement process improvements related to IT
- Support the company’s entry into the Cyber Security business by working with external partners in the area of Endpoint Detection & Response, VAPT and Security Operations Center
- Lead regulatory / audit information requests and deliverables, which may include supervisory visits / meetings and regulatory / audit examinations
- Monitor, track and report progress on corrective actions, continual improvement actions and other program-level action plans (regulatory / audit examinations)
- Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs
- Educate executive management and employees on the business values and the risk IT systems holds for the organisation
- Purchase efficient and cost effective technological equipment and software
- Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency
- Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management
- Coordinate, supervise and guide IT team
- Control budget and report on expenditure
- Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
- At least 7 years’ relevant working experience
- Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications
- Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership quality
- Good negotiation and presentation skills
- Good understanding of ABS OSPAR is an added advantage
- Knowledge of cyber security in the areas of Endpoint Detection & Response, VAPT and Security Operations Center will be an advantage
