**Responsibilities**:

- Technology Research and Evaluation_
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
- Evaluate the potential impact and feasibility of adopting new technologies within the organization.
- Stay abreast of advancements in various fields, such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT), augmented reality, and other disruptive technologies.
- Technology Strategy Development_
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop a forward-looking technology strategy aligned with the SIT's vision and goals.
- Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to gain a competitive edge and enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop a roadmap for technology adoption, outlining implementation timelines and key milestones.
- Innovation and Experimentation_
- Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the organization.
- Facilitate ideation sessions to explore innovative solutions using emerging technologies.
- Lead proof-of-concept projects and pilot initiatives to validate the potential benefits of adopting new technologies.
- Project Management_
- Lead cross-functional teams in the successful implementation of emerging technology projects.
- Define project scopes, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Vendor Management and Partnerships_
- Collaborate with external vendors to explore partnerships and access cutting-edge technologies.
- Evaluate and negotiate vendor contracts and service agreements.
- Training and Awareness_
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to raise awareness of emerging technologies among internal stakeholders.
- Risk Management and Compliance_
- Assess potential risks associated with emerging technology adoption and develop risk mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in technology research, innovation management, or a related role.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully leading technology initiatives.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an innovative and creative mindset.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology landscapes.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align technology strategies with organizational objectives.
- Familiarity with compliance and risk management related to technology adoption.
