**About the Department**:
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage business stakeholders expectation and establish best or alternative solutions that are feasible within the technology and timeline constraints
- Review solution design and effort estimates from the team and prioritize projects and change requests assigned to the team

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Engineering
- Hands-on experience and deep technical knowledge and skills in the following technologies:

- API Gateway (preference for Axway API Gateway, other products can be considered)
- Groovy / Javascript
- API Portal (preference for Axway API Portal, other products on Joomla can be considered)
- Middleware (IBM MQ, Connect Direct, Control-M)
- Infrastructure (Linux, databases including Oracle, Cassandra and MariaDB)
- Security (SSL, JWT, JKS, OAuth, SAML, Threat Protection, Cryptography, WS-Security)
- DevOps (Bitbucke, Jenkins, SonarQube, VeraCode, TOSCA,)
- Experience in Integration Architecture API Lifecycle (API Definition, Implementation and Testing, API Publication, API Consumption and AIP Operational Metrics)
- Experience in an Application Development role for large/complex projects involving multiple technologies; experience with container-based technology (e.g. OpenShift) is a plus
- Experience in project Software Development Methodology - initiation, planning, tracking, requirement analysis, design, development, testing, implementation on open systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- A strong and assertive communicator in speaking and writing
- Resolving and influencing the positive outcome of conflicting objectives and priorities
