**JOB DESIGNATION: Accounts Executive**

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Reporting to: Finance Manager

Coverage: Singapore

Relationship: Accountant, Finance Manager, CFO

PIF Capital is a Small Medium Enterprise (SME) focused **consultancy firm**, which has a singular aim to help SMEs all over the world, to **fast-track**their companies’ growth by leveraging on the know-how and execution of Capital mechanisms. **CRITERIONS**
- **To take full responsibility of handling full sets of accounts such as (AR/AP/GL/ functions)**
- To perform daily bank entries and reconciliations
- To process payments and update daily in-coming fund reporting to the management
- To handle quarterly GST declaration submission
- To ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly management reports
- Required language(s): English, Man darin
- Passionate about helping SMEs

**COMPETENCIES**
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office
- Ability to multi-task
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success

- Strong SMEs network (preferably)
- Tertiary certificate (preferred), welcome aspirers who have strong experience and track record with no tertiary certificate
