**What the role is**

As Manager (Communications), you will be an integral part of the Central Singapore (CS) CDC’s Communications Team. You will partake in developing, implementing and managing CS CDC’s digital communication efforts. This is to promote CS CDC and garner support for its mission of Aggregating resources from the CDC's networks to meet community needs, Building capabilities and capacities in partners and networks, and Connecting communities to expand networks and drive community programmes.

You will develop and manage CS CDC’s online platforms to promote better understanding of the CDC’s role and mission. This includes conceptualising, implementing and reviewing the CDC’s Digital Communication Plan(s). You will have the opportunity to produce creative concepts for new media, and any other form of publicity collaterals / marketing communication tools, such as in-house videos and infographics.
The CDC works closely with corporate and community partners to do good. You will strategically communicate the CDC’s work through digital channels to create awareness and inspire residents/partners to join us in our vision to build a “Do-Good” district.

**What you will be working on**

**What we are looking for**
- At least 2 year of relevant experience in a Digital Marketing, Digital Communications, or Visual Communications role.
- Excellent proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written, as well as proficient in a second language (e.g., Chinese, Malay or Tamil) will be advantageous
- Digital native who is familiar with social media platforms, keeps abreast of the latest trends, and displays tactful understanding of nuances on social media channels. Experience managing a company’s official Facebook, Instagram or TikTok channel will be advantageous
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, digital analytics methodologies, and ability to use data effectively to drive decisions
- Possesses creative flair and proficiency in the use of design software, such as: Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.
- Experience of producing or designing effective marketing collaterals (videos, graphics, editorial content) will be advantageous
- Positive interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- A team player and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
