**Tescom Singapore **is looking for a:
**TechOps Engineer/Lead
You will:

- Provide leadership and supervision to the Technology Operations team of iShopChangi
- Be responsible for maintaining the JIRA tools (JSD, Confluence, Bitbucket, OpsGenie) used to support the daily system operations for both business and technology team
- Lead the TechOps team to ensure the system performance and reliability through metrics monitoring of tickets
- Develop and provide periodic (weekly & monthly) sharing of TechOps status dashboard with the Tech team
- Be responsible for all external system integrations and related system operations
- Be responsible for managing external stakeholders engagement in terms of technical issues
- Be required to lead and deliver technical enhancements as part of product roadmap development
- Support production releases and deployment
- Be responsible to provide technical onsite support to CAG collection centre infrastructure and system (eg. Wifi, O365, laptops, printers etc).

You will need:

- Possesses minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Be familiar with Agile methodology and process
- Experience in managing a team
- Proven track record of driving and leading large-scale architectural projects throughout an entire business through to completion
- Hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding working within Enterprise Architecture environments
- Experience within Solution Design & Architecture
- Experience of all aspects of the software development lifecycle Applications/Digital Agency background working within architecture
- Experience working within mobile, cloud and infrastructure solutions environments
- Experience in reviewing and selecting Technical and Applications Architectures solutions
- Experience of supporting procurement of IT Architecture.
- Experience of working with 3rd party Technical and Application Architects
- Knowledge of Cloud technology (AWS or Azure)
- In depth ITIL Knowledge
- Proactive Team Player
- Outstanding analytical skills
- Exceptional strategic planning and problem-solving skills
- Ability working within pressurized environments whilst making decisive decisions
- A good team player who takes initiative
- Strong in English oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Adobe AEM, SAP Commerce and Mirakl would be highly regarded and an added advantage
