Supports three broadcast data centres onsite/remotely. Service and system performance monitoring – proactive and predictive. Service recovery of live services – headend, ingest and playout. Event management – Major events (EPL, FIFAWC, EURO, national significant broadcast event). Ops excellence – IT Disaster Recovery Plan exercise, IMDA regulatory compliance, and Security audit compliance Managing live content/sports event acquisition via satellite, fibre and IP delivery. Work closely with the project and operations teams; and external parties in problem troubleshooting and resolution. Perform system administration tasks such as system hardening, patch installation and inventory. Create and updates technical reports and system documents. To always work safely, complying with Singtel workplace safety and health policies Skills for Success: Diploma/Degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering. 2 years' experience in the broadcasting/media industry. Preferably working as Support Engineer. Good knowledge and experience in: Headend System Operation and Support. Ingest and playout systems. Media asset management system. IT security compliance Experience in networking preferably CCNA certified. Able to work independently at the same time a team player Able to work under pressure and has good problem-solving skills Flexible with work time (To work on 12-hour shift, weekends and public holidays). Able to do cabling work such as laying of cabling, fabrication of video/network cables.
