Our purpose is to achieve ‘health for life'; enabling healthy and fulfilling years by being a trusted partner of seniors and their families in our community. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Career Trial/Observation Coordination**:Support the scheduling and coordination of Career Trials/Observations, manage documentations/contracts, and facilitate feedback collection. - **Financial Administration**:Process recruitment vendor invoices, create and manage Purchase Orders, track invoice status, and reconcile monthly recruitment expenses against department budget. - **Data and Process Management**: Maintain SOPs, generate metrics reports, organize digital resource libraries, and ensure data integrity across all recruitment platforms. - **General Support**: Assist with recruitment events, support special projects related to talent attraction, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and manage the HR Inbox communications. **Qualifications**: - A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - 3 to 5 years of administrative experience, preferably in recruitment/HR - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Google Suite - Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems - Strong attention to detail **Other Information**: This is in partnership with the Employment and Employability Institute Pte Ltd ("e2i"). e2i is the empowering network for workers and employers seeking employment and employability solutions. e2i serves as a bridge between workers and employers, connecting with workers to offer job security through job-matching, career guidance and skills upgrading services, and partnering employers to address their manpower needs through recruitment, training, and job redesign solutions. e2i is a tripartite initiative of the National Trades Union Congress set up to support nation-wide manpower and skills upgrading initiatives.
