About HROD - Talent Attraction

The HROD Division supports EDB, through the attraction, development and retention of talent, in achieving its short and long term business outcomes.

The Talent Attraction (TA) team drives the branding, selection and sourcing strategies that position and promote EDB as an employer of choice, and develops organisational competence in assessment and selection frameworks. We are in the business of building a strong talent pipeline and securing capable talent critical for EDB’s success.

This position is an excellent opportunity for you to own, develop and drive the implementation of key selection and branding strategies that have a direct impact on a dynamic and great organisation. You will also partner EDB divisions in securing talent.

[What you will be working on]

Your key responsibilities are, but not limited to:- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for junior-mid level positions from sourcing, qualifying, interviewing through to negotiation of offers, to fill open requisitions in an effective and timely fashion- Conduct full-cycle talent programme recruitment and management of individuals on these talent programmes (e.g. scholarships, internships, Associate Programme)-
- Actively contribute to employer branding efforts, and key EDB-HR initiatives

[What we are looking for]

To succeed in this role, you must have / be:
- Background in Human Resource, Organisation Psychology, Marketing or related disciplines would be useful- At least 1 - 3 years’ HR or related experience, with competence in employer branding, recruitment and talent management- Proven track record in engaging stakeholders at all levels- Highly analytical with a demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions- Results oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a balance of empathy and objectivity- A team player- Familiarity with HR functions in Workday would be an advantage- Singaporean
