**Experience Required**: 5+ years (for Senior Analyst) / 3+ years (for Analyst)

**Educational Qualification**:Graduate/Post Graduate in Data Analytics / Data Science / Mathematics / Statistics / Engineering / Computing / Supply Chain or Operations Management / or any other STEM qualification.

**Eligibility**: Relevant working experience in Data Analytics / Supply Chain / Manufacturing Operations and above educational qualifications

Senior/ Analyst, Data Analytics will have below responsibilities.
- To develop dashboards in Microsoft Power BI for operational reports
- This role in the Operations Analytics team is pivotal for periodic and on-demand Data Reporting and Analytics for the Global Operations function encompassing Supply Chain, Forecasting, Manufacturing Planning, Purchasing and Supplier Development and Quality Operations
- To convert/Design/Develop/Visualize existing MS Excel and MS presentation based reports and results to Microsoft Power BI Reports
- Data Extraction from SAP R/3, SAP Business Intelligence systems
- Data Preparation and Analysis for calculating weekly/monthly KPI and publish results to the business stakeholders
- Assist in reports reconciliation for migration from legacy BI systems to Power BI dataflows
- Analyze trends/root cause/impacts of Process KPI values and communicate the insights to the stakeholders and suggest improvements to existing SAP processes
- Develop proof of concepts for data science projects for process improvements
- Engage with Global Operations users community to collect Reporting requirements
- Communicate Data Analytics results and insights through Dashboards using MS Power BI for improved user community information sharing and experience.
- Communicate with IT community to resolve technical issues
- May be required to perform User Acceptance Testing for continuous improvement project’s reports

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical mindset with basic understanding of data analytics and statistical measures/techniques to derive insights from the data
- Keen interest and good grasp on working with the data and willingness to learn the existing Global Operations data/process flows
- Experience and strong technical understanding of Data Sources and Transformations in data visualization tools Microsoft Power BI
- Good software programming/scripting knowledge in either R/Python/SQL
- Strong Data Visualization skills and good understanding of graphs/charts
- Willingness to drill down into the data to analyze root causes and derive insights
- Basic understanding of Supply Chain ERP data and processes
- Experience in SAP R/3, SAP Ariba will be an advantage
- Very Comfortable working in MS Excel and PowerPoint Presentation
- Good Communication skills, verbal and written to participate in business discussions and communicate insights and influence stakeholders.
