**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute reminiscence facilitation and eldercare programmes.
- Coordinate all logistics for training sessions, outreach events, and programme activities, including venue setup, materials preparation, and scheduling.
- Liaise with external partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless programme delivery.
- Organise and manage events, including overseeing logistics, on-site arrangements, and participant engagement.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data management and regular reporting.
- Assist in developing new administrative processes, improving existing ones, and maintaining related documentation for continuous improvement.
- Provide support for outreach and promotional activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- A degree in any discipline or 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong interest in reminiscence facilitation (priority).
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Experience in logistics coordination, outreach, or training is an added advantage.
