**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of projects.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee project progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work is performed according to specifications.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Interior Design or a related field is preferable.
- Possess a valid driving license is preferable.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, disciplined and good communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Office, AutoCAD) is preferable.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
