Singapore P3 PROJECT PTE. LTD. Full time

Completed WQS Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health Course or equivalent

Completed QOHS Management System training

Promote safe work culture on site

Organization of safety awareness and promotional activities

Conduct incident or near miss root cause analysis

Investigate any safety and health violation, and recommend corrective and preventive action

Conduct regular safety inspection to eliminate unsafe practice and condition

Familiar with all site safe work procedures

Report to Project Engineer on any safety and health non-conformance identified

Provide best support to Department Manager in relation to site QOHS matters

Coordinate contractors to attend monthly safety inspection and meeting

Conduct regular discussions with sub-contractors in relation to safety matters

Ensure compliance with all legal and relevant requirements and site safety program and procedures are adhered to

Perform following duties, in parallel with existing job function:

- Assist Department Manager in the control of QOHS System documents
- Maintain documents and records as evidences for conformity to applicable requirements
- Consolidate submitted documents by various Department Manager
