About the team

The User Growth team plays a core role in the acquisition, activation, and retention of billions of users through our globally popular products. Typical growth projects include paid ads, referrals, SEO, etc. We are looking for a talented, self-directed Incentive growth manager with an analytical mindset to join TikTok in Singapore. You will be responsible for increasing DNU and DAU for TikTok by referral program.

What you will do:

- Responsible for incentive-related product building for TikTok in key regions, to drive user acquisition, user re-activation, content growth, etc. The goal is to contribute to the country's DAU growth.
- Ability to understand the market trend and user characteristics in different countries
- Ability to position the problem and develop a targeted strategy to achieve scalable user growth
- Work closely with other teams & stakeholders and optimize collaboration workflows as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Strategic and logical thinker, with effective planning, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to lead a data-driven project.
- Capable of in-depth data interpretation and highly data-sensitive. A plus if can work with SQL.
- Passionate about understanding user demands with different cultural backgrounds and excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally in a globally collaborative environment.
