Job Responsibilities

Daily basis process trade related transactions accurately, ensure work accomplishment in strict compliance with the International Chamber of Commerce Rules and Bank's policies and procedures.Trade Documents checkingAbility to monitor the incoming/outgoing activities and reconcile periodically throughout the day. Additionally, track some of the other daily reports and perform reconciliation as needed.Liaise with client on updating the trade transaction status and/or routing trade transaction operational issues.Ability to identify and provide operational solution to potential bottleneck in daily operation.Contribute to various process improvements and other projects as allocated.Transactional ApprovalPerform FMF checks and be familiar with AML related issuesJob Requirements

Graduate, preferably in Degree in Banking & Finance/ Information Systems / Computer Science/ Business Management or other applicable fields.At least 1-2 years working experiences (Experience in International Trade experience advantageous).Knowledge of UCP, ISBP, URC, ISP, URDGExperience in Excel Macros, VBA and/or Python advantageousGood interpersonal skills, clear and concise in communications.Self-starter, goal-oriented, ability to multi-task and a team player.Enjoys working in a fast and dynamic environment.
