The main responsibility is to develop and manage corporate IT standards, budgeting, forecasting, asset management, customer relationship management, project management and talent development.

This position is a key leadership role and will require experience in management, including involvement in review meetings, consultation, good communication, complex problem management, and providing leadership and direction to the high-performance team.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage the IT team, develop objectives and evaluate performance.
- Promote a friendly and effective working environment.
- Ensure SLA to customer and ensure continuous improvement
- Provide leadership and direction to the high-performance team. Customize training programs and develop career pathways.
- Develop and monitor a full Project life cycle ensuring business strategy requirements are met and completed within budget.
- Perform yearly assessment of existing processes; Handle Security Incidents and promote user awareness of security protection.
- Ensure IT Infrastructure/system availability and performance for boutiques, offices and warehouses
- Assist in direct managing and reporting of IT-related forecasting and budgeting for that financial year
- Good vendor management skills to gain benefit to the company.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Degree in IT or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of work experience in IT with at least 5 years of management experience.
- Solid IT technical and infrastructure background.
- Experience in Retail / Luxury Retail / will be an advantage.
- ITIL/MCSE/ CISSP/ PMP is good to have.

- Natural influencer with excellent spoken and written communication skills to interact with all levels in the organization.
- Self-organized, able to see the big picture, break complexity and manage inter-dependencies.
- Possess strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Experience in managing Office 365, cloud systems in AWS, Azure and etc.
- Experience in developing and managing digital automation, Chatbot, AI and etc.
- Familiar with systems such as Meraki, SDWAN and MS Power Platform
