Senior Test Manager

Singapore MITSUBISHI HEAVY INDUSTRIES ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. Full time

As the Test Manager, the incumbent is responsible for leading and finalizing system test specification for ITS (Intelligent Transport System) related product with client, consortium partner and subcontractor as well as the execution of system test.

**1) System Test Management for ITS product (Planning & Preparation)**
- Responsible for execution of system test for ERP2 system.
- Responsible for leading and finalization oftest scope for ITS product with client and partner.
- Interface with all internal parties including Japan and counterparts in other countries
- To act as system test leader for ITS product, to negotiate and meet up with client and partner to finalize the scope of system test, finalize the evaluation method of performance test

**2) System Test Management for ITS product (Execution)**
- Responsible for leading execution of system test for ITS product to manage schedule, progress, etc.
- Interface with all internal parties including Japan counterpart related to system test execution
- To act as a system test manager for ITS product, to ensure the smooth delivery of the system test.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree of Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Transport Project
- Microsoft Office Skill (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Engineering knowledge of Japan’s Intelligent Transport Systems products and related fields.
- Independent, self-motivated, and driven team player
- Japanese Language proficiency of JLPT N1 or equivalent is mandatory as this role requires the incumbent to communicate with Japanese internal counterparts and external suppliers on a daily basis.
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to meet project deadlines
