**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Job Overview**:
This position reports to the _General Manager_. We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to assist in handling and processing sales order and provide administrative assistance to the Sales Executive.

**Core Competencies**:

- Serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders, deliveries and provide admin support for the Sales Executive
- Manage the sales order processes such as purchase orders, invoices, and issuing sales transaction orders
- Verify customers orders including customer details and payment information
- To assist in handling damaged or loss of goods should the customer raise it towards the Sales team
- Check quotes against raised orders to ensure correct pricing, terms and conditions have been applied
- Capture data and maintain systems as required by the sales process SOP and Sales Executive
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks as required and assigned by the General Manager

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in the FMCG or related industry in administration or customer service support
- Goal oriented and meticulous in providing basic accurate information
- Proficient in Chinese and English due to business communication needs
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Able to handle pressure well and work in a fast-paced environment
