Senior Manager Lifecycle Services, Ap

**Job Summary**

Reporting directly to the AP Sales Director, this position will be fully responsible for business development, sales ownership and executive reporting for Isolation Valves Lifecycle business in Asia Pacific.

We are looking for a customer-focused leader with excellent sales and business development competencies with deep experience in industrial and process valving industries. You have the ability to craft and implement business plans across a matrix structure organization and have proven experience in implementing initiatives for profitable growth.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Responsible for developing and implementing Business plans and driving Lifecycle services for Isolation Valve products.
- Run a targeted funnel of Shutdown and Turnarounds for customer sites and develop site plans to service our products.
- Drive disciplined funnel management and visibility and business analytics through CRM
- Engage with global collaborators on enterprise initiatives and lead execution in the AP region.
- Drive product and service trainings for internal sales teams, Channel partners and customers technical teams.
- Monitor Quality metrics and work with Product management to resolve any customer requests.
- Fully owns Measuring, Tracking & Reporting progress for overall Lifecycle business for Asia Pacific region.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:

- Engineering Degree with minimum 10 years of sales / Business development experience in isolation and control valve products; MBA is preferred.
- Team leadership experience in a matrixed organization, ability to lead by influence.
- Ability to analyze critical problems and implement a plan - bias towards action.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
