We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a** Delivery Lead, Life**. **Principal Responsibilities** The purpose of this role is the E2E Project Management of the Life Insurance TSA Exit Project - Drive at pace and manage end-to-end the project as Delivery Lead, working closely and collaboratively with the Business Lead and Technical Lead in a 3-in-a-box project leadership model - Manage multiple Pods / work streams within the project and drive delivery through daily stand-ups, ensuring Pods / work streams are focused on the "must have" requirements - Identify and help to resolve blockers & business problems, exploring options and solutions - Excellent stakeholder management to "C-suite level", equipped with soft influencing skills to help drive decisions and resolve conflicts at pace - Proactively update the TSA Exit Programme Manager on risks, issues and milestones. Promptly escalate with recommendations for path-to-green - Good understanding of Jira / Confluence and using these tools to run Agile & Hybrid projects - This is a 24 months contract position Requirements **Requirements**: - 5 to 10 years track record in project management (Agile and/or Waterfall) - Experience of Insurance Policy Admin System migration a distinct advantage - Knowledge of Life Insurance Products & Operations required - Experience and use of HSBC project management tools & best practices an advantage - Effective communication, inter-personal skills and negotiation skills - Excellent decision making and problem solving ability - Sound judgement skills to identify and resolve problems - Experience of managing resources using appropriate communication, delegation and planning skills - Ability to motivate and lead people, employing appropriate management styles - Degree holder or equivalent in role experience - Professional Project Management qualification or equivalent working experience To be considered for this role, the relevant rights to work in Singapore is required. **You’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.** Issued by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited.
