**Job Description**:
**Our Client**:
RGF is representing a reputable FMCG in condiments. They are actively looking to hire a Senior Sales Executive to join them.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Sales Achievement and growth of the assigned channel including Total DFI, and General Trade Direct Accounts
- Develop and align annual business plan and channel strategy to achieve channel KPIs
- Drive Joint Business Planning and regular business review with Key Customers
- Management of A&P funds to ensure effective spending
- Work closely with Marketing to translate Category and Brand strategy and develop them into channel strategy
- Plan, execute and evaluate trade promotions/price-off/advertised offers
- Submission of new product listing, promotion pack listing, promotion price maintenance and promotion claims
- Monitor distribution gain and range extension
- Constantly review Retailers' Planogram and seek opportunity to achieve Category Growth
- Develop New Business development plan
- Prepare promotional plans to list into these new segments

**The Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in FMCG sales, preferably from leading MNC food companies
- Experienced with the Modern Trade and General Trade Channel, have worked with Key Accounts buyer, distributors, and wholesalers
