**Primary Purpose**

The Regional FP&A Manager is responsible for leading the financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting activities across the region. This role partners closely with business leaders, country finance teams, and global finance counterparts to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and financial performance. The Manager will ensure strong financial governance, drive process improvements, and contribute to the region’s long-term financial success.

**Key Accountabilities**
- **Financial Planning and Forecasting**:

- Lead the annual budget, long-range planning (LRP), and periodic forecasting processes for the region.
- Prepare and share Region Finance guidance for annual budget formulation and reporting packages requirements/changes.
- Coordinate inputs from country teams and regional functions, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and timelines.
- **Financial Analysis and Reporting**:

- Review monthly results ensuring accuracy and consistency (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow and Capex), including reporting on other business performance metrics by collaborating with country finance teams.
- Analyze financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior year.
- Provide clear, concise commentary on key variances and business drivers.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports for regional and global leadership.
- **Business Partnering**:

- Collaborate with regional and country leadership to provide financial insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Work with Global FP&A and Admin Finance closely and disseminate the global directions across the region.
- Act as a trusted advisor, challenging assumptions and helping drive performance improvement initiatives.
- **Financial System Data Management**:

- Oversee the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data within corporate systems (e.g., HFM, SAP).
- Manage system set-up, hierarchy changes, and ensure proper mapping and reporting structures, working closely with Global FP&A team.
- Act as the regional point of contact for financial system updates, HFM changes, training, and process improvements.
- **Strategic Initiatives**:

- Support financial modeling for regional strategic projects, investments, and new business opportunities.
- Assist with ad-hoc analysis to evaluate financial risks and opportunities.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify and implement best practices to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of FP&A processes.
- Drive system improvements and automation initiatives in collaboration with IT and global finance teams.
- **Governance and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and reporting standards.
- Support internal and external audit processes as needed.
- **Additional Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- People management: Mentor and develop direct reports.

**Inherent Requirements**

Formal Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

Key Skills / Core Competencies
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles and corporate finance.
- Excellent analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience
- 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, preferably in a regional or multinational environment.
- Hands-on experience with financial consolidation and reporting systems (e.g., Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Planning, SAP BPC) is required.
