Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood is currently recruiting for a APAC FP&A Manager with extensive experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry.

The FP&A Manager will play an integral part in leading the consolidation accounting. He / She will review and liaise with subsidiaries and joint ventures to resolve accounting related matters, as well as to assist in part of the Singapore business unit Month end close process.
- Consolidation of financial number for month end reporting using HFM.
- Prepare and analyze consolidated number for submission to Group (Flash report and Monthly Pack)
- Attend to Ad-hoc request from Group
- Liaise and assist the various APAC entities on month end close.
- Loading of data into Hyperion
- Issuance of Month end close timetable and month end rate
- Prepare HFM input file for loading (including updating various information)
- Update Mapping in HFM for new accounts set up
- Accrual for some key expenses.
- Month end HFM reconciliation with System
- Assist in Budget and forecast loading in HFM
- Compile Year-end report as required
- Credit Risk assessment for client and vendor
- Assist in other areas as necessary.

Skills / Qualifications:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline required.
- More than 10years of previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Ability to consolidate data from a number of sources for overall presentation.
- Numerate, Analytical, with an Inquisitive background.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office.
- Be able to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Strong communication skills - both written and oral.
- Experience with ERP tools - for example, Hyperion will be a plus.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Good organizational skills and able to multi-task.
