We are seeking a strategic FP&A Manager to join the regional finance team. This role is pivotal in driving financial performance, supporting business decisions and enhancing operational efficiency. Our Singapore office serves as a strategic hub in driving regional operations across Asia Pacific. Description Key Responsibilities: Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads. Monitor and analyze financial performance, including variance analysis and cost control. Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and long-term planning. Prepare and present monthly financial reports, dashboards, and insights to senior management. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Support business case development for new investments and projects. Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies. Profile The Successful Applicant: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA is a plus. At least 7 years of relevant experience in FP&A, in a multinational or manufacturing environment. Strong proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly to stakeholders.
