Account Manager, Thailand

**Job Purpose** Based in Bangkok, you will achieve portfolio targets through nurturing of existing customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Renew existing policies across Thailand region
- Identify cross
- and up-selling opportunities on existing policies
- Ensure proper pricing
- Educate and assist intermediaries and policy holders on policy details
- Maintain accurate policy information in group systems
- Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with existing policy holders
- Interact closely with other core functions (i.e. Risk, Claims and Policy Admin)
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance/financial institutions in B-to-B accounts management in a multicultural organization
- Ability to build extensive network with close contacts to market players, policy holders and brokers
- Strong communication and negotiation skill
- Good written and spoken English
- Able to travel within ASEAN countries within short notice
