Our client, looking for a Market Expansion Manager in Thailand to enhancing their brand presence in the Thai market and need an active individual to reach the goals. This role has been designed to:
Boost and highlight the brand across Thailand

Develop in the Thai market, achieving solid business growth in Thailand through various sales channels

**Responsibilities**
- Take charge of achieving good sales and profits in Thailand, both in shops and online.
- Identify and explore opportunities to grow the business in Thailand. Work with other leaders in SEA and the team in Japan
- Prepare yearly plans for sales and profits, and manage performance
- Conception and Implementation of Strategic Sales Campaigns
- Identify optimal store locations, engage in discussions with property owners, and supervise the aesthetics and operational functionality of retail outlets.
- Ensure significant sales both in our physical stores and through online platforms in Thailand.
- Establish a capable and cohesive team in Thailand
- Foster robust relationships with Thailand team, the SEA & Japan team to contribute to substantial business growth.
- Take the lead in discovering fresh sales approaches, potentially including online marketplaces

**Responsibilities**
- Solid understanding of business, preferably holding a degree in a related field. Additional advanced degrees are a plus.
- Over a decade of successful experience in leadership roles within the fashion industry.
- Strong knowledge of various selling methods, covering shops, online platforms, and managing significant sales volumes.
- Skill in presenting products attractively, enhancing their visual appeal, and effective communication.
- Deep affinity for and understanding of our brand's identity.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, operational execution, and leadership, with proven contributions to impactful business outcomes.
- The position is based in Thailand.
