Principal / Assistant Principal Piping Engineer

**JOB REQUIRMENT**
- Understand company policy, project execution procedures, and ensure that these policies and project procedures are implemented thoroughly on each and every project
- Be responsible for assisting Project Engineering Manager in client liaison. This includes contract management, cost and schedule management, and change order management
- Schedule of piping activities and plan required resource for proposal purpose and assigned execution projects
- Be responsible for developing, monitoring and reporting of piping budgets across assigned Salcon projects
- Be responsible for overall project execution across the piping discipline to ensure that our scope of services are clearly identified and understood by our section project staff and client project team members
- Provide technical resolution for all piping engineering work involving layout, material, stress and procurement activities
- Establishing and maintaining standards and techniques for design and detailing work and specifications
- Preparation of studies and reports that require the Department Manager's knowledge
- Reviews weekly timesheets for accuracy and conformance to company policy
- Review new project bid documents and provide critical piping engineering inputs to Proposal department
- Assist Business Development on specific proposals and presentations when so requested

**JOB REQUIRMENT**
- Good practical understanding of piping layout, piping material selection, piping material line classes, standard and specialty piping components and piping supports
- Thorough knowledge and experience with international standards like ASME piping codes and API Standards
- Good practical understanding of piping related software’s like Plant3D, Revit, Naviswork, etc.
- Knowledge/experience of piping stress analysis in Caesar II is preferred.
- Engineering Degree in related field (preferably Mechanical / Chemical engineering)
- Minimum 12 year experience
