Customer Service Officer

**Responsibilities**
- Attend to all incoming calls on fault matter and create job order
- To act and respond to faults / incidents / complains as per established SOP
- Escalate all fault matters to the shift Technical Officer for their action
- Generating Fault Reports & job completeness report
**Requirements**:
- At least three (3) ‘O’ level passes (including English), and Nitec or Equivalent in Mechanical/ Electrical / Electronic Engineering
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience dealing with customers in a frontline / call center experience
- Be proficient in English and one other language, computer literate, adequate typing skills
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Night shift
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
