**Executive Assistant, Dalio Family Office Singapore**
Dalio Family Office Singapore is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Head of the DFO, as well as the small but growing Singapore team.

**Role Responsibilities**:
Top priorities include, but are not limited to:
**Professional Leverage (70%)**:
- Perform an array of administrative tasks for the Head of DFO Singapore in support of partner communication, meeting coordination and facilitation, vendor management, and expense tracking and reimbursement.
- Provide administrative support for Dalio family members and other teammates as assigned by the Head of DFO-SG.
- Support the Head of DFO-SG's in coordinating communications and maintaining key relationships with external stakeholders.
- Support efficient and effective meetings and collaboration through the development of agendas, minutes, and internal systems to support workflow and communication.
- Anticipate upcoming events and cyclical responsibilities, monitor the team-wide calendar, and plan proactively for team needs aligned to those events.
**Special Projects and Project Management (20%)**:
- Support project management efforts by tracking tasks and milestones relative to the team's multifaceted work plans, providing periodic updates, and serving as the project lead for special events.
- Support visitors from DFO in planning and executing special projects.
- Other duties, as assigned.
**Office Technology Management (10%)**:
- Serve as the team's office manager responsible for internal office systems, security, and technology function effectively.
- Serve as the team's knowledge management administrator and hold teammates accountable for maintaining organized electronic files and tracking systems.
- Serve as the team's primary coordinator to DFO technology support.
**Position Requirements**:
- A bachelor's degree at an accredited higher education institution or equivalent practical experience required.
- At least fifteen (15) years of relevant work experience required with at least five (5) years of experience directly supporting high-level executives strongly preferred.
- Experience with single family office or Ultra High Net Worth families, strongly preferred.
- Experience successfully demonstrating the cultural competency to work across diverse populations and the ability to build meaningful relationships with stakeholders from various walks of life (e.g. colleagues, partners, practitioners, and community members).
- Integrity, transparency, honesty, compassion, and strong ethical orientation.
- Ability to respect privacy, maintain confidentiality, and exercise discretion at all times.
- Strong intellect, emotional intelligence, creativity, analytical skills, and judgment.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (evaluation process will include successful submittal of a written case-study);
- Superior organizational skills with tremendous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and deliver high‐quality work in a fast-paced environment where excellence is expected.
- Able to wear multiple hats and work as part of a small team supporting a growing and dynamic organization
- A self-starter comfortable working independently and drive towards learning and development opportunities
- Security minded with a high sensitivity to data confidentiality and IT security.
