Our team is growing We are looking for a Manager, specializing in prestige portfolio to join our team in Singapore.
As **Prestige Portfolio Manager**, you will report to the Director and work with Singapore Commercial team to develop and implement Business to Consumers (B2C) programs and activities, aligned to brand strategies, achieving sustainable growth in revenue and profit.
You will be responsible for client acquisition strategies, field marketing, events management, and related segments with key focus on driving and growing the luxury market, Corporate & Private client’s sales channel.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop strategies to identify, acquire & engage new customers, targeting the luxury market, corporates, private clients and high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), achieving engagement targets, objective matrix and revenue target.
- Plan & Manage stock, profit targets, expense budget and meeting commercial objectives.
- Build and develop brand awareness, expanding the company’s reach and recognition, while utilising various marketing techniques and platforms such as digital marketing, partnership, and social networking.
- Work with the Marketing team to develop an interactive and engaging CRM & loyalty program, to enhance consumer experience.
- Work with Commercial team to optimize sales strategy, identify opportunities and activation of company’s premium portfolio.
- Develop & Execute regular corporate/private client events, carrying out event management and logístical support.
- Conduct event analysis and gather feedback to identify area for improvement and best practice implementation.
- Maintain and upkeep CRM database.
- Timely report to the Management on performance analysis and B2C activities.
- Operate within the guidelines set by the company and follow the processes set up relating to the operation of the business.
- Achieve company’s business objectives, goals, ROI and increase in market share.
**Requirement**:
- Minimum Tertiary Education, Diploma holder or equivalent Certification in related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in relevant field with good business acumen.
- Advance knowledge in fine wines, spirits and sake will be an added advantage.
- Skilled in building collaborative relationships and working effectively with both internal/ external stakeholders and commercial team.
- Detail-oriented and strong organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and flow to work as needed.
- Possess strong analytical and creative thinking.
- Take ownership, proactive, passionate, can-do attitude and independent.
- Agility, ability to integrate change in a dynamic environment, adaptive to changing conditions and plans, ability to drive solutions that meet both brand requirements and local commercial realities.
Salary commensurate with experience. Remuneration includes basic salary, commission and transport allowance.
We are located at Kallang Avenue, next to Bendemeer MRT Station/ 10 mins walk from Lavender MRT Station.
