Overview:
This is an exciting role that will be responsible for achieving the top line for our newly formed Clinical BU in Southeast Asia through new market development, effective and successful sales management and efficient business systems and process management. The incumbent will be energetic, passionate and have a can-do, positive outlook.

This role requires travel throughout the ANZ region.

**Responsibilities**:
**The primary goals of Clinical SEA**
- To grow the Clinical market in all countries of the region
- To develop customer advocates
- Boost team member engagement

**Competencies and Attributes**
- Be accountable to the success of the company through pushing self and others to achieve and exceed top line targets.
- Develop effective relationships in order to establish strong collaborations across all departments (service, support, finance, customer service, etc.) to address key business issues & drive opportunities.
- Be dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers.
- Know the competition and be aware of strategies and tactics that work in the current marketplace.
- Develop and grow key markets by creating and implementing effective business development plans.
- Set clear objectives and measures and actively monitor and feedback progress and results.
- Effectively and efficiently marshal resources to get things done.
- Prioritize by sensing what will help or hinder accomplish a goal, eliminate road blocks and create focus.
- Make quick and sound decisions in ambiguous situations and be sought out by others for advice and solutions.
- Remain cool under pressure.
- Provide effective feedback to people and take appropriate actions to optimize team’s performance

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or equivalent
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- 10 years of medical devices/capital equipment sales experience
- Experience in working with processes and business systems, enabling sales activities and successful customer management
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Experience in strategy development, project management and problem solving
- Exceptional qualifying and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to act as a change agent
- Proven ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally
- Experience in effectively presenting information to and negotiating with all levels of management
