Regional Sales Director

SM2 Consulting are representing a USA HCM company who are looking for a Global Sales Manager in the region. Key to the success will be the scalability and growth of the business across South East Asia.
The Regional Sales Director with be reporting to the Head of sales for the region whom is based in Singapore.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and explore business opportunities; maintain and develop the existing customer relationship; cultivate and develop potential customers, identify and, where possible, influence prospect needs
- To work from data provided by various sources which is relevant to defined target market e.g. inbound enquires, marketing campaigns, global referrals, 3rd party referrals, etc.
- Conduct effective sales presentation, solution proposal, business negotiation and close deals both individually and as a team; get pre-sales supports for large deal/pursues.
- Work closely with other team like Client Services, Technology, Marketing, and Finance as well as the worldwide salesforces to maximize client ‘s value proposition to their clients
- To provide weekly/monthly updates and reviews on individual and market performance and measures for improvement; use the standard system and tools to ensure the sales process efficiency
- Create own sales plan within overall framework to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor degree or above
- At least 10 years sales experience in service outsourcing industry and highly experienced in sales management;
- Understanding of the payroll process and has basic HR knowledge is a plus;
- Can articulate benefits of outsourcing and work to build effective relationships. HR related working experience is a plus;
- Skilled at leveraging resources to facilitate relationship building
- Proficiency in developing strategic sales plans and continually achieving or exceeding assigned quotas;
- Good presentation and negation skills
- Good MS Office skills.
