**The role of EUC & Infrastructure Support Analyst**
Technology is a critical enabler at The Gap Partnership, underpinning every aspect of business operations and playing a pivotal role in achieving strategic objectives. In a fast-evolving professional services environment, our technology stack must not only support day-to-day operations but also empower the business to innovate, scale, and stay ahead of the curve.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering robust end-user compute and infrastructure support, including maintenance, administration, and second
- and third-line technical assistance. But more than that, you will work closely with cross-functional technology teams and business stakeholders to shape and support a modern, secure, and scalable technology environment.

You’ll play a key role in:

- Ensuring the stability and performance of core IT systems.
- Collaborating with engineering and architecture teams to evolve our infrastructure.
- Partnering with business units to understand their needs and deliver technology solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.
- Supporting the adoption of new tools and platforms that enable growth and enhance the employee experience.

**About You**:

- Language skills: fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills., the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users will be key.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud infrastructure, including Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot and Defender.
- Proficiency with collaboration tools, especially Microsoft Teams and the broader Office 365 suite.
- Comfortable supporting multiple platforms: Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
- Solid understanding of ITIL service management principles and cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to problem solving and the ability to prioritise tasks and follow through to resolution with mínimal supervision
- Experience working collaboratively with internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality outcomes.
