**Senior Client Manager **to join their team.

**Why the job exists
- To independently manage strategic design projects

**Responsibilities
- Client relationships - nurturing and maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients at the brand manager/marketing manager level, leading to mutual trust and excellent collaboration
- Pro-active client servicing - anticipating client’s needs, planning ahead to make sure they are met
- Brand/Project management - to lead projects independently, making sure experts are included whenever required to add value to our client’s experience of the company services
- Inspirational team leadership - ensuring the highest level of project delivery, including the most effective and efficient way of working
- Financial responsibility - managing projects efficiently to provide clients with value for money and maximizing our profitability
- Financial management - ensuring that all project budgets are approved by the Managing Director
- Pro-actively alerting the Client Business Director / Managing Director / Asia Regional Chairman to further opportunities within the client company
- Internal team management - acting as a day-to-day mentor to the junior team members to develop their project management and client handling skills
- To champion high creative standards

**Reporting and communication structure
- Managing Director or Client Business Director or delegate as applicable

**Training
- As discussed during the annual PR&D

**Performance Review and Personal Development
- Managing Director or Client Business Director or delegate as applicable
