Singapore PLUTUS CORPORATE SERVICES PTE. LTD. Full time

**Working Hour: 9am - 6pm**
**Working Location: Central Singapore**
- Handle full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports and management accounts
- Manage GST filings, corporate tax computations, and ensure timely tax submissions
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents for audit and tax matters
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and other statutory requirements
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Support internal finance processes and system improvements
- Liaise with banks, regulatory authorities, and other external stakeholders as needed
- Provide accounting and tax advisory support to management

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA, CA Singapore) is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an accounting or corporate secretarial firm
- Hands-on experience with audit processes and tax compliance in Singapore
- Strong knowledge of Singapore tax regulations, GST, and SFRS
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB,etc) and Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exposure to corporate secretarial matters is a plus
- Familiarity with IRAS and ACRA filing systems
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients if applicable)
