The role requires attention to detail, efficiency and ability to multitask in a fast paced logistics environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in coordinating and monitoring inbound and outbound freight (air,sea,land). Prepare and verify shipping documents such as airway bills, manifests, delivery order etc. Liaise with freight forwarders, Airlines and other service providers to ensure timely delivery and clearance. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies. Support the Freight Operations Executive and Manager with administrative tasks and operational updates. **Requirements**: GCE "O"/"N" Level Previous experience in freight or logistics industry is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software. Strong organizational and communications skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
